No candy
I could REALLY use some chocolate right about now, but I don’t have leftover trick-or-treat candy. None, zero, zilch, nada. It’s my own darn fault for not buying any in the first place, but it would have been transparently for my own benefit. There aren’t many kids in the trick-or-treating age bracket in my neighborhood.
It’s a thorough disgrace… the closest I got to decorating for Halloween this year was making the place look scary and deserted by slacking on the yard work.
I suppose I’ll just have to put up scary Christmas decorations to make up for it.
